Axelrod is the fund-management mind: allocating patient capital to agriculture, the infrastructure around it, and the technologies that compound both. Structure, diligence, and reporting — without theater.
Cyprus
The company will be registered in Cyprus. Limassol is the fund-services harbour. The island itself is the agronomic argument: scarce water, serious sun, and production that only survives if it is precise.
Cyprus is an EU member with a mature fund-services stack: AIF and RAIF pathways, professional and well-informed investor regimes, and a working relationship with the rest of Europe.
The Eastern Mediterranean is water-scarce, sun-rich, and agriculturally serious. Precision irrigation, protected cropping, and yield intelligence are not optional here. They are the cost of remaining in production.
Limassol sits between European allocators, Levantine and North African production, and the shipping lanes that still move calories. The house is placed where those conversations already overlap.
